Technology
    To ensure that our team remains at the top of their industry, we aggressively invest in technical know how. For formal education, key personnel are trained at US Wheat Associates Biscuit Program in Bangkok, Thailand and at the American Institute of Baking in Kansas, USA. Extensive practical training has also been taken in world class biscuit factories in both the USA and Korea.    On top of formal and practical training, First Choice regularly employs local and international consultants to continuously improve systems and quality. Our consultants are the most respected and knowledgeable industry professionals. Through their knowledge and experience, First Choice is at technological parity with the largest companies in the world.

Facilities
    Since her inception, First Choice has employed world class hard biscuit and cracker manufacturing machinery. Most recently in our 1998 expansion which incorporated top of the line European machinery has transformed our already modern factory into the country’s most technologically advanced biscuit bakery. Furthermore, our manufacturing facilities are being continuously upgraded and improved to remain competitive. Our facilities are now capable of over 1,500 tons of product per month.
